In these most troubled time, welsh band Gulp seem to be spreading a message of love within their music. Following on from their fuzzy debut album, they've just unveiled new single 'Search For Your Love' and fittingly announced a headline show at The Social in London for Valentines Day. It's not that surprising really as the line up consists of couple Lindsey Leven and partner Guto Pryce, the latter of which may be a familiar name from his previous work in iconic act Super Furry Animals. With that kind of welsh powerhouse within it, it's not surprising the music is crafted to be strong as well as beautifully warm and hazy. The accompanying video, shot at a flickering bus stop, matches the fizzing air of expectancy in the synths. The single is out now via Tim Burgess' independent label Genesis and with it, Gulp have got us all cosy inside. - SJ
